Booth decorations for Art Festival

Dear Events team,
Esprimere is involve in the upcoming SIM Open House and Art Festival which falls on the 22nd - 25th Sept 2009. We would like you guys to be involved in the making of the booth.
Hence there will be a meeting to discuss on how to decorate the booth. Meanwhile you guys can also take this opportunity to meet up to discuss the coming gathering for the club if you haven't done so.
Details would be as follows:
Objective: To discuss the booth making for Open House and Art Festival
Theme for Art Festival: Colourful Confessione
Esprimere booth theme: Shining Stars
Date: 14 September 2009
Time: 1530 hrs
Location: SIM HQ
Welfare peeps, please confirm your attendance with Raine.
Logistics peeps, please confirm your attendance with Haoyi.
Events leaders of the month, please get back to Marcus and me regarding the attendance by this Sunday, 2359.

We will be having an Esprimere outing during the last week of Sept.
Please state which days you guys are free for the last week of Sept by Tuesday, 15th Sept under the comment box so that the Welfare peeps can plan for it.
